Shipping Information

Jewelry pieces are individually packaged in oriental-design satin pouches and carefully boxed for shipping. Your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail Insured or Global EMS Insured. We ship within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Sundays and Holidays).

Shipping fees include delivery confirmation and insurance for the full amount of your order.

Every package is important to us! Insurance is mandatory to guard against any loss or damage that may incur during shipping. To keep your cost to a minimum we do not charge you any handling fees.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your jewelry! If for some reason you are not delighted, returns will accepted with prior approval within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Item must be in original unworn condition with tag. Because of their unique, personalized nature, custom-designed items (including resized items) are not returnable.
Shipping is not refundable.
